At MoCamp Lighting, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return.
To begin the return process, please contact us at Jimmy@mocamplighting.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund depending on your preference and item availability.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Jimmy@mocamplighting.co.
